FEBRUAR, MOŠČENIĆKA DRAGA Verbrennung des Karneval-Maskottchens | Ash Wednesday marks the burning of the carnival’s mascot and it gets condemned to ‘fly to Mars, to the Moon or wherever it pleases in the Universe’ by firing it with a thirty meter long rocket. This tradition dates back more than thirty five years when men first landed on the moon. The launching rocket is getting bigger every year. This event marks the end of carnival and of the winter celebrations. | | Am Aschermittwoch wird das Maskottchen des Karnevals verbrannt und verurteilt "zum Mars, Mond or sonstwo im Universum" auf einer 30 Meter langen Rakete zu fliegen. Diese Tradition besteht bereits mehr als 35 Jahre als Menschen zum ersten Mal auf dem Mond gelandet waren. Die Rakete wird jedes Jahr grösser und die Veranstaltung auch, die das Ende des Karnevals darstellt. |
